The following text comes from Eugenie at Diamond FX Face Art (Europe). She wrote this on her Facebook wall, we are waiting to hear from her about how to identify fake product then.
Although we believe the LOT number she is talking about is 008 ( as a good lot number if comming from Europe), we can’t assure you that.
What she wrote: “No, some of our own product ( i mean sent by us) have numbers on it.. but i wish people would have a bit patience.. we are working real hard to find out what is the matter 😀 thanks all for the support and help!!!”

No problems in Europe, No problems in the rest of the world apart from where we expected it.. We think we can handle it soon. Seems funny that beeing a good team is a good deal :D. I still want to ask any US vendor to contact us… So we can collect data to eliminate any doubtfull items/products/ or wel.. just to make their customers feel safe!!”

I want to thank you guys for sharing this information. I have read where others have accused you of making drama about this and then also about the neon paints in the past. I just want to say that we need people looking out for the best interest of our businesses and our kids and I for one appreciate it so much, and it makes me respect your company more and more all the time. The whole thing could possibly turn out to be not much of anything to be too concerned about but the news had to be made known. Sorry that it added stress to you and your family to do so but I for one thank you and will make your store one of my main suppliers.
Thank you soo much Peggy… these are some hard times for us, but we will never stop doing the right thing just to please some. This issue has hurt us prrtty bad, in a moment where we need peace so we can take care of our baby to come. But comments like these make us stronger, and help us remember the reason why we do what we do. Thanks again!

Anna, NEVER GIVE UP!!! You and Santi are to of the most honest, generous and sincerely caring people I have ever met!! I am grateful that you are researching, investigating and making sure the products we use on children will not harm them. There are not enough people in the world like you. I’m so blessed to call you my friends.
I am soooo disappointed. I waited a long time to purchase an entirely new supply of Diamond FX. I was previously using Snazzaroo and switched lock stock and barrel based on everyone’s raving about Diamond Fx. Over the past month I purchase hundreds of $$$ of paint from 2 different vendors … with the exception of 1 with no lot number and 1 with 008, All of the FAKE and the quality is poor, they turn to soup in the warm weather or after a few spritz of water.
I appreciate Diamond FX getting the word out so we can protect the public. … but wonder what to do now … a good portion of my painting is done when I volunteer at charity events (for free). Don’t know when I can afford to buy new. Keeping everyone in my thoughts.
